Ormiston Specialist Centre
Ormiston Specialist Centre is located on the ground floor of Ormiston Hospital – offering Auckland’s leading surgeons on your doorstep.
The Specialist Centre includes six consulting rooms and a procedure room where surgeons can consult with their patients and perform procedures under local Anaesthetic.
Ormiston Hospital Pharmacy
The onsite pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the Ormiston Hospital building. On discharge, you can either collect your prescription on departure or we can arrange for your script to be filled prior to you leaving (charges will be applied to your account).
Opening Hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
The onsite pharmacy also offers non-prescription medicines, cosmetics, first aid supplies and gift cards.
Physiotherapy
Alice Baynham provides physiotherapy treatment at Ormiston Hospital to our surgical patients. With 15 years’ experience, Alice specialises in physiotherapy for post-orthopaedic and general surgery patients.
This physiotherapy service will be charged separately so that you can submit the invoice to your health insurer. Physiotherapy is part of your surgical arrangement – if you are a contract or ACC patient, then the costs are already covered for you.
Nourish Cafe
Nourish use fresh local produce and their menus reflect the philosophy that food should help people achieve an optimal state of health and wellbeing.
Found on the ground floor of the Ormiston Hospital Building, Nourish Cafe offer excellent barista coffee and a wide selection of freshly prepared meals, cabinet food and even pre-cooked meals for friends/family recovering from surgery. Please note, meals cannot be ordered and charged to the hospital for yourself or visitors.
